Zentura presented a full design proposal to meet the client's needs. Being a Grade II listed building, there were many original ornate features such as the staircase which were key in determining the classic style design.
Various working environments were created to suit different clients. From a large open plan office space, various 2-3 person offices and meeting spaces there is something to suit all manner of companies. The basement is home to a large communal breakout space which is fitted out with a luxury tea point and other amenities for occupiers to enjoy.
The highlight is the impressive reception area, with high ceilings, feature lighting and luxury finishes giving a great first impression. A bespoke reception desk was built to match a desk which the client had seen elsewhere. The combination of velvet seating, plush carpets, mirrored accents and floral arrangements work together perfectly to deliver a stunning entrance to the building.
The whole refurbishment from initial space planning and design right through to the final furniture installation was managed by Zentura leaving the client’s time free to market the new office space to potential occupiers. The end result is a stunning serviced office space for 4 Cavendish Square.
