BE Offices wanted to transform their ground‑floor reception- but the building had to remain fully operational throughout.
Process
Zentura delivered a technically demanding, multi‑phase programme in a sensitive, occupied environment.

A 6,000 sq ft coworking, lounge and event space that elevates the client experience.

Complex Work, Live Environment
The project required a full transformation of the ground‑floor reception while keeping the building open and the service uninterrupted. Zentura planned and executed a tightly controlled phased programme, relocating the reception, managing temporary routes and sequencing works to minimise disruption.
Structural interventions — including removing and replacing the entire front façade — were delivered safely and efficiently.
Throughout, clear communication and meticulous planning ensured that clients, visitors and staff could continue using the building with confidence.

Designed for Experience
The design blended hospitality, coworking and brand expression to create a space that felt premium, welcoming and commercially compelling.
A new full‑height glazed façade brought natural light deep into the building, setting the tone for a bright, modern interior. The reception, lounge and barista‑served bar were designed as a seamless client journey, supported by high‑spec finishes, bespoke joinery and soft furnishings.
The coworking zones, phone booths and auditorium created a flexible mix of work, social and event spaces — all aligned with BE Offices’ ambition to elevate the user experience.

Delivered with Precision
Zentura delivered the full 6,000 sq ft transformation through two major phases. The first created the new reception, lounge and bar, complete with Italian porcelain flooring, timber parquet, bespoke joinery and soft full‑height curtains.
Once operational, the temporary reception was stripped out and converted into a fully equipped auditorium with integrated AV. New phone booths and refurbished common areas completed the scheme.
Despite the complexity, the project was delivered on programme and to a high standard, reinforcing BE Offices’ confidence in Zentura’s technical and project management capability.
