After several years of rapid growth and a full rebrand, the client needed additional space that reflected who they had become — without disruption.

Zentura partnered with their property team to define requirements, explore options and design a workspace that aligned with their new identity, all within their existing building.

Built on confidence, not compromise

The client had grown by more than 200% in four years. Their focus had evolved, their brand had changed, and their teams needed a workspace that matched their ambition.


Having delivered their previous relocation, Zentura were the first call. The trust built over years mattered — especially for a business that simply couldn’t afford downtime. Staying within their existing building, 1 America Square, reduced disruption and protected the rhythm of their trading floor.


Zentura helped define the brief and created initial design options for multiple scenarios. Once the client chose to expand into an additional 16,000 sq ft, the project moved forward with clarity and pace.

Designing for identity

The design needed to reflect a new identity: confident, data‑driven and future‑focused.


Zentura’s design team developed a concept built around a dark, refined palette with bold brand accents — a space that felt modern, focused and unmistakably theirs. A mix of collaboration zones supported teamwork, while a striking teapoint and breakout area formed the social heart of the floor.


The concept was developed into a full drawing pack, scope of works and ultra‑realistic CGIs, giving the client complete visibility of what the finished space would look like. Multiple rounds of value engineering ensured the project met the budget without losing impact.

Delivered, disruption-free

The 16,000 sq ft fit out was delivered in just 12 weeks — a technically complex programme completed without disrupting live trading.


The scope included services upgrades, supplementary cooling, additional power for trading equipment, partitioning, joinery, teapoints, graphics and furniture. Every detail was coordinated to minimise risk and maintain operational continuity.


Weekly meetings and site reports kept the client fully informed, giving them confidence that progress, quality and timelines were exactly where they needed to be.


The result is a workspace that enhances performance, supports collaboration and reflects the company’s evolution — all delivered on time, on brief and in budget.
