Challenge

Casio planned to refurbish their North London HQ — until an unexpected landlord redevelopment forced a full relocation.

Process

Zentura supported Casio end‑to‑end, from building search to design and delivery, creating a workspace that brought their teams together.

Outcome

A modern, hybrid‑ready HQ in Wembley Park that enhances collaboration, wellbeing and day‑to‑day performance.

Built on partnership, not circumstance

Casio UK’s teams were spread across three disconnected floors, making collaboration difficult and limiting breakout space. Zentura were initially appointed to redesign and refurbish their existing 15,000 sq ft office.

Then the brief changed overnight. Redevelopment plans meant Casio had to relocate entirely. Zentura stepped up immediately, leveraging our network of commercial agents to shortlist suitable buildings. After exploring multiple options, the Hive Building in Wembley Park emerged as the right fit — a fresh start with room to rethink how Casio worked.

Throughout the search and decision‑making process, the relationship was grounded in trust, transparency and shared momentum.

Bringing people together

The new HQ needed to unite teams, support hybrid working and reflect Casio’s identity — without inflating the footprint and cost.

Zentura developed a design that made the most of the building’s natural light and architectural character. By consolidating onto a single floor and introducing multipurpose, modern furniture, Casio’s space requirement reduced to 10,000 sq ft without compromising functionality.

The 10,500 sq ft Cat B fit out was delivered in just 12 weeks, including split‑demise works, advanced BMS integration and full services installation. Weekly reporting and site visits ensured Casio had complete visibility and confidence at every stage.

A unique home for an iconic brand.

The finished HQ is a bright, welcoming environment that feels distinctly Casio.

Thoughtful planning supports both focused work and collaboration. Sit‑stand desks and task‑based furniture encourage movement and interaction.

Hybrid‑ready technology — from AV suites to smart access control and bookable lockers — enables seamless communication with global partners and efficient use of space.

The result is a workplace that improves wellbeing, strengthens culture and supports Casio’s commitment to creating original, useful products.

“The benefits have been a happier workforce. Productivity is better - happy people means more productive people. There’s a freshness about the place. Its light, and I think that works very well for everyone - makes everyone happy.”

The Experience

What better looks like

This project was about making work better. Not flashier. Not trendier. Just better.

Better for the teams: who now work together on one floor, with spaces that support how they actually work.

Better for hybrid working: with technology that connects people across floors, cities and time zones.

Better for wellbeing: through light‑filled spaces, mobility‑focused furniture and thoughtful planning.

And better for the business: because when the workplace works better, people do too.
