Driven by Need, Delivered with Confidence
ASL’s previous office was cramped, dated and poorly suited to the fast‑paced, analytical nature of their work. When landlord challenges prevented a refurbishment, they needed a partner who could help them pivot quickly and deliver a modern workspace without disruption.
Zentura provided high value, clear communication and full management of all technical coordination with the landlord. Even during lockdown, the programme stayed on track, giving ASL complete confidence that the project would be delivered smoothly and on schedule.

Culture, Collaboration and Clarity
The design brief centred on creating a modern, culture‑driven workspace that felt fresh, functional and reflective of ASL’s identity. The concept blended practical improvements — better layouts, ergonomic furniture, efficient circulation — with a more expressive aesthetic that supported teamwork and client interaction.
Collaboration spaces, touchdown areas and flexible meeting zones were introduced throughout, supported by improved lighting and finishes. The result was a compact yet highly efficient layout that made far better use of the available space while giving staff an environment they were proud to work in.

Pace, Precision and Partnership
Zentura delivered the full 5,500 sq ft fit out in just five weeks, managing everything from joinery and lighting to HVAC, flooring, branding and furniture.
Virtual collaboration kept the project moving despite lockdown, and all delays were resolved without impacting the programme. ASL remained fully supported throughout, with Zentura acting as a turnkey partner and handling all technical communication with the landlord.
The finished space is modern, welcoming and aligned with ASL’s culture — a significant upgrade that supports productivity and client service.
