MI‑GSO PCUBED needed a hybrid, global and highly collaborative workspace— and their existing office no longer supported that.
Process
Zentura partnered with MP to redesign the entire building around modularity, digital capability and mixed‑mode collaboration.

An 11,000 sq ft transformation delivered in 20 weeks — fully digital, highly adaptable and built to elevate communication, innovation and performance.
Built on clarity, not compromise
As the world’s leading project and change management consultancy, MI‑GSO PCUBED needed a workspace that reflected their expertise. Hybrid working had reshaped their day‑to‑day rhythm. Global collaboration had become the norm. Traditional desk layouts no longer made sense.
They needed a space that stimulated creativity, supported mixed‑mode meetings and showcased their commitment to innovation.
Zentura began by listening — closely. Understanding the challenges, the constraints and the ambition gave the client confidence that we understood not just their brief, but their business. That clarity set the foundation for a partnership built on trust.
Designed for the future
The design concept centred on one idea: technology as the engine of collaboration.
Zentura created a modular, multi‑purpose environment where every space could flex to suit different teams, projects and working styles. The technology package was the heart of the design — from immersive XR capabilities to touchless room booking, smart access control and AV suites that made hybrid meetings feel natural.
The entire building was re‑imagined. Intelligent space planning allowed MI‑GSO PCUBED to consolidate onto six floors, unlocking 2,500 sq ft of prime sublet space without compromising functionality. Every decision was transparent. Every element was intentional.

Across 20 weeks, the 11,000 sq ft refurbishment moved with pace and precision — transforming the building into a smart, adaptable workspace that supports both in‑person and virtual collaboration.
The result is a space that realises MI‑GSO PCUBED’s vision: a contemporary environment where technology, people and performance come together seamlessly.
