Challenge
Campbell Lutyens needed a workplace that reflected their growth, culture and future.
Process
Zentura guided them through every stage from building search to full Cat A & B fit out designing a space that balanced transparency with privacy.
Outcome
A calm, high-performing HQ across two floors, complete with bespoke curved glass offices, agile zones and space to grow.

Built on trust, not templates
When the business decided to relocate their long-term headquarters, we were by their side from day one. From early test fits to detailed design and from landlord negotiations to final handover.
Building on our existing relationship, we worked in close collaboration when the right opportunity opened up at 20 Carlton House Terrace. A shell-and-core space, with full creative freedom.

Designed to feel like them
The new space doesn’t try to shout; it’s built with intention.
Executive offices sit at the core, surrounded by open and light-filled workspaces. The mission was to combine privacy with transparency. So Zentura designed a European-first: double-glazed curved glass offices that feel both open and enclosed. A simple idea, a technical challenge and delivered with precision.
The aesthetic is pared-back and timeless. A neutral palette lets the curated art collection shine. Meeting rooms feel more like lounges. Tea points double as breakout zones. Every inch works harder and feels better.

Made for today. Ready for tomorrow
This is a workplace built with future growth in mind. Agile spaces can flex and move. There’s 5,000 sq ft of sublet space ready for the next phase. Mobile planters, soft zoning and smart lighting make change feel easy, not disruptive.
With Zencare, Zentura’s three-year post-handover support, the client received ongoing help to tweak, expand and optimise the space as needs evolve. The relationship doesn’t end at completion. It grows with the business.

The Experience

What better looks like
This project was about making work better. Not louder. Not trendier. Just better.
Better for the partners: who now have offices that feel private, but not cut off.
Better for the teams: who can choose how and where they work.
Better for recruitment: because the space says more than any job ad can.
And better for the business: because when the workplace works, people do too.
