Challenge
Following a change in ownership, MTI wanted a modern, people‑centred environment that supported collaboration and better use of space.
Process
Zentura partnered with MTI to redesign and refurbish their six‑floor office through a carefully phased programme that allowed the team to remain in place throughout.
Outcome
A refreshed 5,500 sq ft workspace that is more accessible, more functional and far more aligned with MTI’s creative identity.
Distraction-free modernisation
MTI’s existing workspace had become difficult to use: narrow doorways, inefficient layouts and dated finishes made day‑to‑day work harder than it needed to be. With new ownership came a clear ambition to modernise — but without relocating or interrupting operations.
Zentura were chosen for their ability to deliver a full refurbishment while MTI stayed in the space. A phased programme ensured continuity, while regular communication gave the client confidence that progress, quality and timelines were always under control.
Portfolio-inspired design
The design process was shaped by MTI’s culture and the creative world they operate in. Every department was invited to contribute, ensuring the final concept reflected how different teams worked and what they needed.
The result blended practical improvements — wider doorways, better circulation, ergonomic layouts — with a more expressive aesthetic inspired by MTI’s productions.
The space became brighter, more open and more intuitive, with thoughtful details that made it feel both modern and unmistakably theirs.
Disruption-free Delivery
Zentura delivered the full refurbishment, managing everything from reconfiguration and joinery to lighting, HVAC, flooring and finishes. The phased approach allowed MTI to continue operating throughout, with each area handed back fully complete before the next phase began.
The result is a workspace that is easier to navigate, more comfortable to use and far better suited to collaboration. It gives MTI a modern foundation that supports their people today and provides the flexibility they need for the future.
