A space designed to grow with the business
When Fairfield Care relocated, they weren't just moving - they were setting up for the next decade. The new site needed to handle significantly higher operational demand while giving the office teams a workplace they could be proud of.
The warehouse scope was substantial: racking, mezzanine, workshop space, new lighting and a full strip-out back to shell. Zentura managed every element, including the roller shutter replacement and the installation of EV charging points, the kind of detail that often gets left out when multiple contractors are involved.
Functional, on-brand and ready for day two
The office refurbishment was designed to be practical first, more meeting rooms, moveable walls for flexible use, collaboration space beyond just rows of desks. But it also needed to feel like Fairfield Care. Graphics, branding and considered finishes gave the space an identity that matched the company's reputation in the care sector.
Where possible, existing furniture (desks, task chairs) was retained and integrated. Not as a cost measure, but because it made sense. New pieces were added where they added real value.

Getting the warehouse operational first was essential for the business. Zentura phased the works accordingly, warehouse handover, then occupied office fit out, keeping the client's day-to-day running throughout. On a 43,000 sq ft project across 22 weeks.
The Experience
More than just a move
This project touched every part of the business, from the warehouse floor to the boardroom. The scope included racking, mezzanine, workshop, roller shutter replacement, EV charging, M&E, ceilings, flooring, joinery, lighting, power and data, graphics and branding.
We held the whole thing. One relationship, one point of accountability, one project that came in on time and did what it was supposed to do. For Fairfield Care, that meant a building they can grow into and a team they can call when they're ready to take the next step.
