Commitment to Society

We are dedicated to caring for people.

In line with this ethos a minimum of 5% of our annual profits are donated to a diverse range of charitable causes, including education and training, disaster funds, poverty relief, care support and community projects.

This standard is maintained in the company’s dealings with employees, customers, suppliers, and all other stakeholders.

We expect our teams to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, truthfulness, and honesty. They should inspire confidence and trust in their actions. We expect our people to conduct our business in a competent, fair, impartial, and efficient manner in all interactions with employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, government & regulators.

Labour & Human Rights

Zentura does not tolerate discrimination or harassment under any circumstances. This includes matters relating to gender, age, race, disability, culture, religion or ethnicity. We will seek only to work with suppliers who comply with, or exceed the minimum requirement of, current employment legislation.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that our supply chain does not engage in activities that compromise fundamental freedoms including forced or compulsory labour and child labour and we will not engage in business contracts with supply chain partners who cannot commit to upholding these standards.

Health & Safety

We care passionately about the duty of care we have towards our employees but also those we work around, our clients and our supply chain. As an OHSAS 18001 and Safecontractor approved company we are committed to a culture of continuous improvement. Health and Safety comes first and all employees and subcontract personnel that work for a Hansbury Group company are trained rigorously in line with our Health & Safety Policy.
