Labour & Human Rights

Zentura does not tolerate discrimination or harassment under any circumstances. This includes matters relating to gender, age, race, disability, culture, religion or ethnicity. We will seek only to work with suppliers who comply with, or exceed the minimum requirement of, current employment legislation.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that our supply chain does not engage in activities that compromise fundamental freedoms including forced or compulsory labour and child labour and we will not engage in business contracts with supply chain partners who cannot commit to upholding these standards.

Health & Safety

We care passionately about the duty of care we have towards our employees but also those we work around, our clients and our supply chain. As an OHSAS 18001 and Safecontractor approved company we are committed to a culture of continuous improvement. Health and Safety comes first and all employees and subcontract personnel that work for a Hansbury Group company are trained rigorously in line with our Health & Safety Policy.

Health & Safety at Zentura must start with culture and our framework is focused on culture, competence, communication & control.

The wellbeing and health of our own team is important to us. Our employees benefit from a 24 hour private healthcare & wellbeing service. It’s equally important that our workplace services take your staff's wellbeing seriously. At Zentura we use 7 key themes to ensure we remain true to our purpose - enhancing lives and giving peace of mind.

These 7 key themes form the framework of our approach to wellbeing:

  • Air: Optimize and achieve indoor air quality

  • Water: Optimize water quality while promoting accessibility

  • Nourishment: Encourage healthy eating habits

  • Light: Minimize disruption to the body’s circadian rhythm

  • Fitness: Utilize design to encourage physical activity

  • Comfort: Create a distraction-free, productive, and soothing environment

  • Mind: Support mental and emotional health

Sustainable Procurement

Zentura is committed to using supply chain partners that are aligned with our own ethos and values. We believe in meeting our customers' requirements for value-for-money sourcing of materials, products and services.

We also carefully consider the environmental, economic, and ethical impacts of our procurement decisions over the whole product or service life cycle. We encourage continuous supply chain innovation as a way to progressively and sustainably improve the long-term efficiency of our deliverables.
