Built on trust, not disruption
Hybrid working and rapid headcount growth meant the existing Mayfair office no longer worked. Campbell Lutyens needed more space, better collaboration areas and a solution that wouldn’t disrupt their teams.
With less than two years left on their lease, they were reluctant to invest in heavy construction. Zentura helped negotiate a short‑term lease on an additional floor and created a plan that balanced immediate needs with long‑term flexibility.

Flexible, furniture-led design
Zentura developed multiple design concepts to gather staff feedback and shape a layout that encouraged collaboration and reduced siloed working.
The final design modernised the space with biophilia, sit‑stand desks, touchdown areas and a refreshed finishes package aligned with their evolving brand. A furniture‑led approach reduced build‑out requirements and ensured the scheme could move with them when they relocate.

The brief: delivered
The 10,000 sq ft refurbishment was delivered in just seven weeks through a carefully phased programme. First, the fourth floor was fitted out to create immediate capacity. Then the second floor was refurbished while staff continued working with minimal disruption.
The scope included partitioning, joinery, lighting, power, data, branding and furniture — all delivered with clarity, pace and precision.

What better looks like
This project was about making work better. Not louder. Not trendier. Just better.
Better for their teams: with more space, movement and collaboration.
Better for hybrid working: with touchdown areas and flexible layouts.
Better for wellbeing: through biophilia and modernised finishes.
And better for the business: because when the workplace works better, people do too.
