Challenge
This international law firm needed to adapt their workspace to support collaboration between team leaders and their wider groups.
Process
Zentura partnered with the firm to design and deliver a modern, flexible workspace with a mix of open‑plan areas and private offices, all while staff worked remotely.
Outcome
An 8,000 sq ft refurbishment completed on time and on budget, giving the firm a dynamic, collaborative environment for the years ahead.

Built on partnership, not disruption
This private law firm needed to rethink how their teams collaborated, especially during a period of remote working and heightened operational pressure. Having partnered with Zentura on previous workspace projects, the Office Manager turned to a team they trusted.
With staff working from home, Zentura used the window to deliver the refurbishment without disrupting day‑to‑day operations. Regular virtual meetings and detailed site reporting ensured complete visibility, accountability and confidence throughout the programme, despite the challenges of the pandemic.

Designed for collaboration and clarity
The design centred on enabling better communication between team leaders and their groups, while still providing the privacy required for legal work. A blend of open‑plan areas, cellular offices and focused work zones created a balanced environment that supported both teamwork and concentration.
Sustainability was a key consideration: existing furniture was integrated where possible, and materials were selected for their environmental performance.
The result was a modern, efficient workspace that reflected the firm’s culture and supported the way their teams needed to work.

Delivered with precision and care
Zentura delivered the full 8,000 sq ft Cat B fit out in just six weeks, managing everything from partitioning and joinery to lighting, HVAC, flooring and finishes.
Despite the complications of Covid‑19, the programme remained on track thanks to clear communication, rigorous planning and a highly accountable delivery approach. With staff working remotely, the transition back into the refurbished space was seamless.
The project was completed on time, within budget and to a standard that gave the firm confidence in their ability to support clients effectively.

"An exceptionally well organised project and all went smoothly with the smallest amount of effort needed from our side which, in the present circumstances, was a real blessing. Thank you so much for being so brilliant! "

The Experience

What better looks like
This project was about making work better. Not flashier. Not fussier. Just better.
Better for collaboration: with spaces that bring leaders and teams together naturally.
Better for focus: with private offices and quiet zones for complex legal work.
Better for sustainability: with thoughtful reuse and responsible material choices.
And better for the firm: because when the workplace works better, people do too.
