When Gett decided to relocate their UK head office, they approached Zentura to assist them with the full relocation strategy and implementation. They selected Zentura to provide a single point of contact through the entire process, leaving their team to focus on running their business while Zentura handled the entire project from start to finish.
Zentura provided a consultancy service on 4 shortlisted properties – producing concept layout plans and budget costings to assist the Gett team in selecting the space that would work best for them. Once the property that best suited Gett’s requirements was finalised, Zentura produced detailed interior design concepts that incorporated Gett’s immediate and future expansion plans.
Being an empty Cat A space meant that Zentura’s design team had a blank canvas in which to create the perfect environment for Gett’s London employees. Once on-site, progress was very quick! New solid and glazed partitions were installed, along with a new power and data infrastructure. A breakout room with a contemporary tea point and collaborative seating was created for staff to relax and hold informal meetings along with various open plan areas.
The feature of the space was a bright yellow feature strip of flooring that meanders through the office from the breakout space into the reception area to create a natural flow and break up the linear pattern of the floor plan. Bespoke graphics were added throughout the space that highlighted the companies values and creates a welcome home for the London based staff.
The result is a very visually attractive space that Gett UK can be proud to show their clients and a space they can call home for many years to come.
