The Project

The Story

Having carried out their office relocation 4 years before, their property team reached out to Zentura for help. Working closely with the leadership and property teams, Zentura helped define their requirements. We also created initial designs for several options to help them decide. They chose to take on 16,000 sq/ft of extra floor space within their existing building, the iconic 1 America Square.
Zentura’s design team created a concept that embodied the client’s brand. It also gave them the confidence that Zentura were the right company to partner with. We then created a detailed drawing pack and scope of works. This ensured the client understood exactly what the package entailed, and that it met their requirements. The design also included ultra-realistic CGIs to give the client an understanding of what the finished space would look like. The striking design features a dark and refined colour palette with bold accents in the brand colours. Varying types and styles of collaboration spaces promote collaboration. The centrepiece of the design is the stunning teapoint and breakout area. Zentura’s projects team took this 16,000 sq/ft office fit out project from dream to reality in just 12 weeks. The scope included services adaptions, partitioning, joinery, teapoints, graphics, and furniture. Due to the high power requirements of the trading team, extra power was routed to the floor. Supplementary cooling systems were also installed. Throughout the project, close communication, including regular meetings and site reports. This kept the client updated about progress on site. As a result, they had complete peace of mind and were confident the delivery was in line with their expectations. The finished result is a stunning workspace that reflects and enhances the client’s brand, as well as facilitating future growth. Cutting-edge trading areas maximise the performance of their traders. A spacious, open-plan layout promotes collaboration and communication. An elegant and refined executive suite also improves the visitor experience. Zentura completed this technically challenging office fit out on time, on brief, and in budget. This trading company now have the environment they need to improve staff collaboration and engagement. As a result, they are well positioned to continue to grow in the future.
