When accountancy and taxations consultants Blinkhorns decided to move to a new location in London, they were looking for a space that would enable them to grow and progress as a company. However, they just couldn’t find a solution that worked for them, despite spending a lot of time and effort looking, so they made the decision to do an office refurbishment.

Blinkhorns worked with multiple companies to try and scope out their project, but the trust and close collaboration with Zentura gave Blinkhorns the confidence they needed. Working closely together, they developed a concept that fitted not only the brief and budget, but that was deliverable within the constraints of the space.
The result was a dynamic workspace with a wide variety of spaces, including individual offices, spacious desking areas, a range of collaboration spaces, and a large breakout area.
Despite not being able to move off-site while the project was in progress, disruption and downtime were almost eliminated through the implementation of a 3-phase project delivery plan involving a lot of out-of-hours works that enabled the Blinkhorns team to focus on the day-to-day running of their business. Throughout the project delivery, close communication and high accountability were maintained through regular meetings and conversations, giving them full visibility of the project.
This 7,000 sq ft office refurbishment project was completed on time and within budget, giving Blinkhorns the platform they needed to grow and progress, through a collaborative and dynamic workspace.
